I found an old picture when I worked for Huber Transport. It was a pic of my truck in a unloading dock at Reynolds Wrap in Virgina. That place was probably one of the top 5 hardest parking spots I had to get into. I think it took me three tries and very slow going. I was able to scan it today so here it is….
Well I did get some good news today, and from that news it will be easier to get a job. I have tried and tried to get work here in Kansas but it’s difficult. I don’t know if its because I am from out of town and they are scared of hiring me or what. But, things should get easier soon. Anyway, I will keep on keeping on.
Well I finally did hear back from the proposed job. I didn’t get it. They said they rehired the guy who quit. I sort of see why they did that, productivity will be higher immediately, no need to retrain anyone. But if he was willing to walk out once, I kinda think he would be willing to do that again. Anyway, I am still looking.
I hate waiting for word if I have been hired or not. I probably shouldn’t complain because it hasn’t even been a day yet, BUT I WANT TO KNOW NOW!!! Oh well, we will find out soon I hope. Wish me luck.
Well, here is a very interesting video I found about the video cropping technique of Fox News. I watch it and wonder how and why people believe what they seem to produce for there audience and why the people they lie to either ignore the truth or just are content with getting spoon feed from just one source as long as the one source repeats they are “fair and balanced” Anyway, how fair and balanced is this?
