Well, looks like things aren’t going to well at work. It kinda looks like we might be shutting the doors as of the 6th of next month. Boss owes some money to the state and the state isn’t happy with the amount of money they can receive per month, and want to increase it to an amount we can not pay. Always heard something is better then nothing, but the state doesn’t think so. Well, things are getting interesting and already starting looking for another job.
Well, I hate my current picture gallery. Today I think I am going to go back to the old style that I had because I am not adding any new to the one I hate. Maybe that will help me take more pics if I actually had some place to put them. I got my digital camera back but I am not taking pictures. I used to love taking pics, so, l will get on it and see if I can get more new ones up and put up some of my old good ones.
I think I know why I am not online much anymore. I had to think about it. I have a desktop and laptop that are sort of a dream to use. Both amazingly fast and set just how I like them. But I am just not on the computer much. It has to be that I work on them all day. Pretty much I had 5 going at the same time, all day long, when one was done, one more went up. When I get home, I just watch TV. My life still isn’t going how I planned or hoped, but all is okay. Bills are getting paid, and I am getting by. I am going to try to get on more. But I think when I stop working at the computer repair shop, my time online will grow here at home. Anyway, just a thought.
Hello again, just to update the work situation, this week started off good with the computer repair shop. Doing good, holding my own. Decided that I needed to know Windows 7 a little better and got a copy from the shop. I am not generally a fan of Windows but see it as a necessary evil. If I am going to fix them, I need to get familiar with it. Gotta admit, Windows 7 works pretty well, it has lots of eye candy, but still fast and agile. I am still in the testing stage so I will write more later. Let’s hope that my part time work keeps up.

Well I am bored and decided to give an update.
After my severe crash and burn expedition to Texas for a girl, I have returned to Salina, Kansas. I went back to the same apartment/room that I left before the Houston trip. While I was in Texas I saw a online post of a job that I was very interested in, come to find out it was still available when I got back to Kansas. Job is doing AutoCAD primarily and being a general computer guy and website guy. The latter two to a lesser extent than AutoCAD. To me, this job is perfectly what I want to do. I really want this job and know I will excel at it. SO, I am awaiting their decision. I have passed the first few rounds of cuts and it sort of seems they will make their decision after Christmas.
I have installed a picture gallery, but I am not quite happy with the way it looks. It’s the beta version and it just looks like crap. I am going to leave it up just to have something there, I won’t be putting up all the pics yet. Until I find a better gallery layout or until I can fix this one to look better. So far making this one look better seems impossible. But who knows, maybe more layouts will be available soon. When you use free open source programs and applications sometimes you just get what you get.
So this past year wasn’t the best. I made a couple poor decisions and a couple decisions that were good but involved someone else that didn’t have the same intentions and I suffered for it, but that is life. I know this job will turn things around I have high hopes for this coming year. That’s it for now.

Did I just smell bad in March?
Apparently the auto complete computer service at GoDaddy (my website hosting service) messed up and my site went down. Damn them. I am not sure how long it was down for, I got a email from from my schone Lowenzahn from Deutschland (translation: beautiful dandelion from germany) telling me my site was down. I quickly got on the phone and with a dash of assistance from my best friend Lloyd. ALL problems have been resolved. SO, thank you Lloyd and Nelli, for helping me out with the site.
Still working part time. Things are very very slowly moving in the right direction. Anyway, have a good day all.
Well, I am back online again, but its a on and off kind of thing. I had cable modem here, but now “borrowing wireless”. For some unknown reason both versions of my Windows (Vista and XP) are having difficulties keeping a decent connection, but my Linux works well. The only problem is that Linux doesnt quite have all the bells and whistles that I am used to. Anyway, here, but off and on.
Computer is back. Yayyy, I am currently doing 6 things at once. Music, downloading, messenger, Mail, app launcher, and chatting. I missed being able to do that. I am happy, if only for tonight, I am happy. New respect for my friend Lloyd who wired it the first time. WOW, its a pain in the ass. Its my fault because I have so many things in one box. But I got it. Anyway, thanks Lloyd for the tech help on many occasions.
